Products and Use

The residential line is formulated for everyday household use, with smaller packs and pleasant fragrances. The professional line comes in larger packs, suitable for intensive use in commercial and industrial environments. Both maintain the same standard of quality and effectiveness.

Always follow the dilution instructions on the label. Use a dispenser for concentrated products. Start with the minimum amount recommended, increasing if necessary. For light cleaning, dilute the product further. Store correctly to maintain effectiveness over time.

Most Starlim products are safe for ordinary surfaces. However, we always recommend checking the specific instructions for each product. For delicate or doubtful surfaces, test on a small, less visible area before generalised use. Some products, such as strong degreasers, may not be suitable for all surfaces.

On our site, products are sold in boxes. Add the desired quantity to the shopping basket, review the basket and adjust the quantities as necessary. Proceed to checkout when you are satisfied with your selection. For bulk purchases or special requests, please contact our customer service team for personalised assistance.

Orders and deliveries

To change the delivery address, log in to your account on our website and go to the "My Orders" section. Select the order you wish to change and click on "Change Delivery Address". If the order is already being processed, contact our customer service immediately for assistance.

We offer several payment options for your convenience: credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer and, for qualified corporate clients, instalment payment. All transactions are processed through secure systems to guarantee the protection of your financial data.

To register, visit our website and click on "Create Account" in the top right-hand corner. Fill in the form with your personal details, including name, e-mail address and password. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click on the link provided to activate your account. Registration allows you to make purchases more quickly and keep track of your orders.

We offer various delivery options: standard delivery (3-5 working days) and express delivery (1-2 working days) for mainland Portugal. For corporate clients, we offer personalised delivery options, to be defined with the client.

BrandsFirst adopts a number of sustainable practices: we use recyclable packaging, develop concentrated formulas to reduce plastic use and transport emissions, prioritise biodegradable ingredients and implement eco-friendly production processes. In addition, we educate consumers about the efficient use of products and participate in environmental conservation initiatives.

No, BrandsFirst has a firm commitment against animal testing. All our products are developed and tested using alternative and ethical methods. In addition, Starlim products are certified vegan, guaranteeing that they do not contain ingredients of animal origin and are not tested on animals at any stage of the process.

BrandsFirst products are IFS (International Featured Standard) Food certified, guaranteeing high standards of quality and safety. Our packaging is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified. In addition, we strictly comply with all the safety and quality standards required by the European Union for cleaning and hygiene products.

Customer Service

To return an item, log in to your online account and fill in the returns form within 14 days of receipt. Pack the product in its original packaging, include the completed form and send it to the address provided. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process the refund. For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately for assistance.
